MODERN GRACE COMPANY prides itself on finding the best and easiest way for our customers to select and return items for returns, refunds, and exchanges. We utilize REDO, a protection for items you may need to return or exchange.
When you make a purchase, you have the option to choose our REDO-FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES service. This means that the cost of return shipping will be covered for eligible returns. Please keep in mind that once the order has been placed, you cannot add or remove the REDO-FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES option. If you decide not to use this service, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

What is your Return Policy?
At Modern Grace Company, we understand that sometimes the item you purchased may not meet your expectations. We offer returns and will provide store credit for the item(s). Please review our complete return policy below:
Any items that do not meet the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense; after 30 days all non-returnable merchandise will be donated. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please email us at returns@moderngracecompany.com.
RETURNS
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We ensure the quality of our products and prioritize your satisfaction. In the event that you have received a damaged item, kindly reach out to our returns team at returns@moderngracecompany.com within 48 hours of receipt, allowing us to promptly address the issue. To allow us to promptly rectify the damages, please include “Damaged Shipment” in the subject line, a brief description of the damages, and 2-3 photos of the damaged package and product.
REFUNDS
Does Modern Grace Company offer refunds?
By hand-picking high quality products, we have hopefully reduced the need for a customer to request a refund. However, in some rare cases where a return is made and a refund is to be issued, it will be issued in the form of store credit or gift card to be used on future purchases with us.
EXCHANGES
How does the exchange process work?
To assure that sizing is correct, all of our products include a sizing chart on its product page. This not only cuts down on time and cost for our customer, but allows us the opportunity to prevent wrong sizing errors. If for some reason you have a sizing issue with a product, you may contact us directly at returns@moderngracecompany.com to discuss how we can help get the right size for you.
If the original item isn't received after 10 business days, you will be
charged.
